OMA
One login. Hosting, support, apps and platform in the same product.
What we did
OMA
OMA is Lanetti’s own customer panel and product platform: the place customers log in to buy, manage, and get help with hosting, without living inside a pile of separate softwares.
Before OMA, the services were delivered through multiple tools stitched together. Lanetti’s public site sold modern Finnish hosting. Then the account opened into a scattered day: different software for sites, domains, email, billing, and support. The brand felt like it stopped at the login button. Customers asked staff for things the setup made hard. Staff lived in workarounds. Sales promised a product. Day-to-day delivery still ran on a patchwork of softwares.
LlamaFusion’s job was to replace that experience, not to operate the servers day to day. We designed and built OMA as one login, one clear home, and a path from buying a service to managing websites, domains, email, billing, and support without falling back into the old multi-tool habits.
The brief was to make the product match the brand. Calm structure, real customer journeys, manage screens that feel intentional, and room for Lanetti’s own products in the same place. Staff get a panel that belongs to Lanetti too, instead of fighting a generic billing UI every day.
That foundation also carries support and the in-product assistant. Tickets, channels, and staff replies live in one omnichannel support desk inside OMA, so customers are not bounced between inbox, portal, and a separate help tool. Moira sits in the panel as Lanetti’s AI assistant: help with the account, explain the next step, and hand hard cases to people without feeling bolted on. Around that are the screens customers use every day, from website and domain manage to billing and Lanetti’s own add-ons.
OMA is wired deep into Lanetti’s platform, not parked on top as a pretty shell. Website manage, mail, domains, provisioning, and account actions talk to what actually runs. The App Market sits in the same flow: find an app, deploy it to a site, and keep managing it from the panel instead of leaving for a separate installer world.
Under the interface we built the layer that lets the product grow beyond the screen. The same actions customers take in OMA are available through a clean API and MCP tools for partners, automations, and AI agents. One set of capabilities. The website, the assistant, and outside systems talk to Lanetti the same way.
OMA is LlamaFusion’s largest product build for Lanetti: the move from multiple softwares into a panel built for how this company sells, supports, ships apps, and works with partners. With that in place, Lanetti is a full in-house service provider: own brand, own customer product, own support desk, own apps, own platform. We built the experience and the product layer around it. Lanetti runs the infrastructure underneath.
